Jonathan officially began his career in Real Estate Sales early in 2023. He is currently a Licensed Land Surveyor in Arkansas, Mississippi, and Louisiana and has been and is currently practicing in land surveying and real estate development as a consultant since 2000. Jonathan brings an extensive knowledge of land sales, land development, easements, storm water management, property rights, utilities, flood planes, and many other facets of property as he has work through land transactions throughout the state.
Jonathan is a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University (B.A.) and the University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton (A.A.S.), where he was the AATYC Student of the Year and the AATYC Alumnus of the Year. He was a 4-year baseball letterman at Ouachita Baptist University. As a surveyor he has served as the Arkansas Society of Professional Surveyors President and was also named the 2017 ASPS Distinguished Professional Surveyor. He currently serves on the Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the Mid-America Science Museum Board of Trustees, and the UACCM Survey Advisory Committee (Chairman).
Jonathan and his wife Kate call Hot Springs home where they will raise their 3 children.
